Automatic Non- Voting Membership Status Junior membership of the club also provides that the parent(s) / carer(s) / guardian(s) of the child are given non-voting membership of the club as part of that junior membership. This entitles the parent(s) / carer(s) / guardian(s) no additional privileges that would otherwise be gained by paying the appropriate adult membership fee(s). Any use of facilities (for example social / training / playing) may incur such charges as applicable to relevant adult membership.Data Protection: The Club will use the information provided on this Membership Form (together with other information it obtains about the player) to administer his/her cricketing activity at the Club and in any activities in which he/she participates through the Club and to care for and supervise activities in which he/she is involved. In some cases this may require the Club to disclose the information to County Boards, Leagues and to the England and Wales Cricket Board. In the event of a medical issue or child protection issue arising, the Club may disclose certain information to doctors or other medical specialists and/or to police, children's social care, the Courts and/or probation officers and, potentially to legal and other advisers involved in an investigation. Health Safety To align with Sports England, ECB and Government policies for indoor training, Crosfields has excellent risk assessment measures in place and already published (see attached guidelines). The risk assessments can also be found on our website. The important points are Coaches and participants to ensure that they maintain a safe distance of at least 2 meters. Participants/Coaches/Visitorsmust not congregate in hallways and corridors outside the hall, in changing rooms or reception.   Everyone should come ready for the session as no changing will be available. Although you must arrive in good time please do not arrive too early, to avoid unnecessary contact. Face masks must be worn at all times by all people over the age of 11. Children under 10 are exempt from wearing masks. Participants/Coaches/Staff must self-isolate for 14 days and not visit the sports centre if you have been to any country outside the UK quarantine list. The visitors gallery will only be available for parents in exceptional circumstances to avoid any health and safety issues. If Participant/Coaches/Staff becomes unwell with a continuous cough or a high temperature, or have loss of, or change in, their normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia), they must not attend training.  They must then follow the guidance for households with possible coronavirus (COVID-19) infection including testing and self-isolation for 14 days. ECB Guidelines Crosfields Guidelines Fee policy for COVID-19 Restrictions Please note, we are committed to providing between 16 and 20 training session for juniors in 2021, including winter and summer outdoor training.   If the club isunable to provideless than 16 sessions during the year due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the fee can be refunded or rolled over to next years membership on a pro- rata basis. I can confirm that on occasion the club may like to use photographs of junior/adult teams/players on the club websites or publish on socila media platforms. I can confirm that I must be solely responsible for my health and safety and must follow ECB and Crossfield's guidelines (if applicable). Shinfield CC can not take any responsibility for coaches/staff/participants' health and safety.
